Function:

3 - roller tensile force sensor consist of : one radialforce sensor with fixed mounted material-guidings,which are arranged right and left next to the measuring roller. This guide-rollers ensure a constant angle around the measuring roller.

Possibilities to guide the material

m120M 120,    M 130   capacitive system

This sensors are used to measure very low tensile forces in centinewton range. To measure high-speed material - it is equiped with fixed, ceramic guides. To avoid additionally friction, and to measure during lower speeds, the measuring- and guiding elements are running in precise ball-bearings A shiftable devices easies threading of the material. Available either with built-in amplifier or for connection to a separate Tensometric instrument.

m156M156      capacitive system

For tensile force measurement on : wire, stranded wire and textile material.
The capacitive measuring principle permits a negligible deviation of the material to be measured. Three different material-guidings are adjustable.
Optimal for measurement as well by hand as for installation in machines
Used together with the instruments : MINI 710, MEMO DT 905, SA 310

 lc1121LC 1121,   LC 1321

Very flat construction. For tensile force measurement on thin and stranded wire, textile material.Option : equiped with zylindrical rollers suited for narrow tapes. For installation in machines. As well available with built-in amplifier. Analog outputsignal  0-10V.

Measuring ranges 0-5 N, 0-10 N, 0-20 N, 0-30 N, 0-50 N

STAK1321
STAK 1321

Very small construction. With built-in amplifier. Available also with digital display.

Analog outputsignal 0-10 V.

m1356
M 1356

A complete device ; sensor, amplifier and display in a common housing. Slender construction - needs only less space. For tensile force measurement on : thin and stranded wire, textile material.Option : equiped with zylindrical rollers suited for narrow tapes

For installation in machines. Analog output signal 0 - 10 V. Measuring ranges from 0,1 N - 2 N up to 10 N - 200 N depending on the built-in measuring-system and the diameter of the mounted pulleys

3r100B5003 R 100 B 500

This measuringstation is destined for measuring tensile forces on thin and stiff material. Thin, stiff material needs a sensor, which is sufficient in proportion, to obtain a high measuring accuracy and

a reliable measurement for a wide measuring-range. Wear - resistant, ceramic - coated rollers are mounted as standard. With built-in amplifier. Analog  outputsignal 0 - 10 V. To mount the station safety, a tripod with ground-fixing-holes is available.

Measuring-station 3R50

3R50

For tensile force measurement on wire, cable and ropes from 2 mm up to 35 mm in diameter.
Optimal for use in extrusion - lines.
By means of different material-guidings, the large measuring-range up to 1:1000, is feasible.
Negligible deviation of the material to be measured, only 4,7‘ is possible.
Measuring range from 5 N up to 8000 N according to the design
Accessories available :a tripod with ground-fixing holes.

3 different guidings of the material to be measured are possible.

A: The material, which should be measured, run over the sensor and the guiding-elements.

This arrangement is preferably for measurements of high tensile-forces at material having a bigger diameter. A negligible small deviation of the material is realizable. An alteration of the diameter of the material does not change the angle around the measuring-roller.

B: The material to be measured run over the sensor and under the guiding elements

Usual way to guide the material. There is no difference between run-in and run-out for the material which is measured. Advantageous for material which is flexible. In case the diameter of the material will be changed,  either a reproducible measuring-error must be taken into consideration or it needs a new calibration.  For measuring stiff material, a higher distance between the two guiding elements is necessary.

C: The material to be measured is guided under the first guiding-element, over the sensor and the second guiding-element

A combination of material-guiding A) and B). Especially usable for measurement by hand. It offers an easy threading. Simply turn the sensor.

Most of the 3-roller sensors are executed in a manner, that the customer themselves can adjust the guiding elements like A) B) or C).
